Ingredients used in Ebi Sakamushi
• Shrimp - 8 numbers.
• Sake - 2 tablespoons.
• Egg - 2 numbers.
• Vinegar - 1.5 tablespoons.
• Dashi soup stock - 3 tablespoons.
• Sugar - 1.5 tablespoons.
Method:
  • Wash and de-vein the shrimps.
  • Pour sake over shrimps. Steam the shrimps on high heat for 5 min.
  • Cool the shrimps before serving.
  • To make the dipping sauce, in a pan add egg yolks, vinegar, soup stock, sugar and put on low heat. Simmer for few minutes and hen switch off the flame.

Serve.
