Mix maida, wheat flour ( atta) salt and add curd. Mix well. Add warm water to amke a soft dough. Knead really well. Keep covered under cloth for at least 20 minutes.
The flour will rise.
Make balls. Roll and apply ghee on half part. then fold into half. again apply ghee on quarter part. make a triangle. Roll vertically to make a triangular paratha.. use maida or rice flour while rolling. Roast on a well heated tava on both sides. Apply ghee while roasting..
