Ingredients used in Dhaba Ghost
• Yogurt - 20 grams.
• Red chilli powder - 10 grams.
• Garam masala - 5 grams.
• Tomato puree - 50 large.
• Tomato - 3 numbers.
• Onion - 3 numbers.
• Mutton with bones cut into medium sizes part and washed - 250 grams.
• Refined oil - 50 ml.
• Red chillies - 2 numbers.
• Salt - to taste.
• Corriander leaves (chopped) - 5 grams.
Method:
  • Heat oil in a heavy-bottomed pan. Add mutton and let it cook till pale.
  • Add onion, tomatoes and puree. Stir well and then add garam masala, yogurt, whole red chillies , red chili pwder and salt. Let if simmer for 40 mins, stirring occassionaly.
  • Ensure it does not stick to the pan Once the mutton is cooked through,

Garnish with corriander leaves and adjust salt.
