Ingredients used in Dateroll
• Sugar (powdered) - 75 grams.
• Mary biscuits -each broken roughly into 4-5 pieces - 150 grams.
• Butter (unsalted) - 125 grams.
• Egg - 1 .
• Dates (seedless/destoned dates) - 250 grams.
Method:

In a vessel melt butter ,add sugar and stir till dissolved.then add destoned,softened dates n mix well n cook for aminute.Cool n then add one well beaten egg into the mixture.Lastly add crushed biscuits n mix well. Place mixture into long cuboid on one side of foil,roll n close at ends.then freeze for 2 hrs .Take out n cut into round pieces n store refrigerated.
