Ingredients used in Daish Chicken cashewnut
• Tomato - 1/2(cube cut) cup.
• Onion - 1/2(julian cut) cup.
• Cashewnut - 2 tablespoons.
• Oil - 1 cup.
• Flour - as much as you need it’s use only to make c .
• Water - a little small.
• Soya sauce - .5 teaspoons.
• Ajinomoto - 1 pinch.
• Salt - 1 pinch.
• Chicken - 1/2 cup.
• Coriander leaves - 2 tablespoons.
• Tomium sauce - 2 tablespoons.
Method:
Method: 1.Take pieces of chicken and put in it salt,tasting salt,soya sauce and a little water.mixed all good ways.Now add in it flour and make all item dry and if any flour left then donrsquo;t use it.Just out all pieces from extra flour. 2.Now,deep fry whole chicken pieces. 3.After that take another pan and put in it oil.Whenever the oil become warm at that time add in it keshonut and make it crispy and fry. Dressing: 1.Take one plate and add in it onion,tomato,coriander leaves,tomium sauce, Ajinomoto (1/2 tea spoon),soya sauce(1 tea spoon),magi sauce(1/2 tea spoon),fish sauce(1 tea spoon),lemon juice(1 tea spoon).Mixed all of those good ways. 2.Now put in it fried chicken and keshonut and mixed all of those much good ways. 3.Now put all item in a new plate and on itrsquo;s top use a little bit tomium sauce. 4.Itrsquo;s ready for eating. **If you wanna then you can avoid red chilli powder or use less as depend on your taste** **Better use hands to mixed all of items good ways.If you use spoon then may be all item is not mixed good ways and also may be taste do a less yummy.So,please use hands** ******************* Total time:10 minhellip; Tomium sauce Ingredients: *Onion-500gm *Garlic-125gm *Coriander-100gm ( avoid the leaves and use only whole plants of it) *Tamarind-50gm *Red chilli powder-75gm *Oil-250gm *Salt-1tea spoon *Suger-1.5 Table spoon *Tasting salt-1 Table spoon Method: 1.Cut onion,grailc and coriander(donrsquo;t use itrsquo;s leaves just take itrsquo;s whole pieces of tree) and fry in the oil. 2.After fry all of those put inside the blender and make a paste. 3.Take one pan and put on it oil.When the oil will be warm at that time put inside of it this paste which you get from the blander. 4.After it add in it red chilli powder,salt,suger,Ajinomoto,Tamarind in it and move all of those item with a spoon and do it 3 or 4 min. 5.Now your Tomium sauce is ready.
