Ingredients used in Curry leaf Butter Chicken
• Chicken - 250 grams.
• Green chilies ( chopped ) - 2 number.
• Curry leaves - 6 springs.
• Red chili powder - 1 tablespoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Corn flour - 1 tablespoon.
• Oil - 1 tablespoon.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1 tea spoon.
• Cumin powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Unsalted butter (cubes) - 1 number.
• Tomato puree - 1 tea spoon.
• Kasoori methi - 1 tea spoon.
• Fresh cream - 1 tea spoon.
Method:
  • Blend roasted green chilies and curry leaves along with sesame seeds to a fine paste.
  • Now take a bowl, add red chili powder, salt, chicken pieces, corn flour and make sure that all the chicken are evenly coated with the mixture.
  • Then deep fry chicken pieces in hot oil and transfer them to a plate.
  • Heat oil in a pan, add ginger garlic paste, prepared paste of mixture, red chili powder, cumin powder, unsalted butter, tomato puree and cook it for around 2 minutes.
  • Then season it with kasoori methi, salt, fresh cream, fried chicken and toss it well.

Delicious Curry Leaf Butter Chicken is now ready to serve.
