Ingredients used in Cucumber Shahi Korma
• Almonds - 8 number.
• Ghee - as required.
• Onion (chopped) - 1 number.
• Shahi jeera - 1 tea spoon.
• Water - as required.
• Cumin powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Pepper powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Bottle gourd pieces (chopped) - 1 cup.
• Cucumber (chopped) - 1 cup.
• Lotus seeds - 1/2 cup.
Method:
  • Take almonds in a blender, grind to a fine paste by adding required amount of water.
  • Heat ghee in a pan, add chopped onions, saute till onions turn slightly transparent, add shahi jeera, almond paste, cook well by adding required amount of water and curd.
  • Now add cumin powder, pepper powder, chopped bottle gourd pieces, and cook with closed lid for about 5 minutes, add chopped cucumber pieces, mint leaves and saute for about 2-3 minutes.
  • Transfer the fried lotus seeds, toss well and turn off the flame.

Hot and deliciousCucumber Shahi Korma is now ready to serve.
