Ingredients used in Crispy Chicken Liver Fry
• Chicken liver - 250 grams.
• Ginger (finely chopped) - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Garlic (finely chopped) - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Pepper (crushed) - 1 tea spoon.
• Cumin powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Coriander powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Garam masala powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Mixed herbs - 1 tablespoon.
• Corn flour - 1/4 cup.
• All purpose flour - 1/2 cup.
• Bread crumbs - 1/2 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Lemon juice - 1 tea spoon.
• Oil - as required.
Method:
  • Marinate cleaned chicken liver pieces with finely chopped ginger, garlic, crushed pepper, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, mixed herbs, lemon juice and keep aside.
  • Prepare a mixture of corn flour, all-purpose flour, breadcrumbs, salt and mixed herbs.
  • Now add a teaspoon of the prepared mixture to the marinated liver pieces and mix well.
  • Coat the marinated liver pieces with the prepared breadcrumbs mixture and deep fry in hot oil.

Hot and Spicy Crispy Chicken Liver Fry is now ready to serve.
