This is a wonderful creamy, crunchy soup which is sure to tickle your taste buds and a winter comfort food. Cream of cauliflower is an awesome, creamy and crunchy soup which will surely tickle your taste buds with its exotic and subtle flavors. It is a brilliant and comforting winter food to delight your palate with. Cream of cauliflower is easy to prepare dish, made combining carrot and potato pieces to cauliflower florets sautéed in butter along with few garlic pieces, onions and pepper powder to give a little heat. The veggies are blended into a nice creamy paste and added with little milk and fresh cream to give a creamy, silky texture.

Hi Mrs. Ragini! I wanted to check if I add the cream of mushroom to this recipe instead of the cream how would that be? Does cauliflower & mushroom go together?Also, can I make this a day ahead & refrigerate it??
