Ingredients used in Bitter Melon 65 Fry
• Water - as required.
• Sugar - 1 tablespoon.
• Maida (all-purpose flour) - 2 tablespoons.
• Rice flour - 2 tablespoons.
• Coriander powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Cumin powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Red chili powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Bitter gourd (chopped) - 5 number.
• Oil - as required.
• Curry leaves - 3 springs.
Method:
  • Take medium sized bitter melon, chop into thin slices, transfer to the boiling water pan, add a pinch of saltand sugar, cook tillbittermelon slices turn tender enough.
  • Now take a plate, add all-purpose flour, rice flour, corn flour, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chili powder, salt and mix well.
  • Coat the cooked bitter melon pieces with the prepared masala mixture, deep fry in hot oil by adding some curry leaves as well and transfer to a plate.

Hot and crispy bitter melon 65 fry is now ready to serve.
