Ingredients used in crash diet fish curry
• Cumin, degi mirch, turmaric powder & salt - 1-2 pinch.
• Ginger garlic paste - spoons large.
• Prepared chopped fish - 8 - 10 piece.
• Chopped boiled spinach - 500 grams.
• Chopped onions - 200 grams.
• Olive oil - 3-5 ml.
Method:
take a non stick cooking vessel mix the gingergarlic paste with water to make it liquidy add the 2-3 ml of olive oil with the ginger and garlic paste and cook for 2-4 minutes when hot add the chopped onions and the powder of (masala) salt, turmaric and degi mirch (fish curry masala .... commercialy available) cook for 5-7 minutes till dark in colour. add water to make the curry i.e. 1 cup add the boiled chopped spinach mix it well till it looks like a spinach soup add the fish and cook for 10 minutes with a covered lid at a simmer flame recipe is cooked let it cool down for 15 minutes
