Ingredients used in Couscous Salad
• Couscous - 500 grams.
• Black beans - 1 can.
• Corn - 1 can.
• Tomato - 2 numbers.
• Coriander leaves - 1 tablespoon.
• Lime juice - 1/4 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
Method:
  • Cook couscous as directed. Transfer couscous into a large bowl.
  • Add remaining ingredients and mix together. (Ingredients can vary in amounts based on individual taste.)
  • Put into refrigerator for two hours.

Serve chilled.
