Ingredients used in cottage cheese chille
• Oil ( to deep fry the paneer) - .
• Salt - teaspoons.
• Hot garlic sauce - 3 tablespoons.
• Bell pepper - .
• Cone floure - 20 grams.
• Cheese paneer - 150 grams.
• Onions (cubes) - 2 piece.
• Copped garlic - 2 teaspoons.
• Cooped ginger - 2 teaspoons.
Method:
cut paneer into cubes nappe it with cone flour , salt and deep fry till the edges turn light golden brown and keep it aside. heat a pan add little oil to it than add copped gingeramp; garlic and satue it than add cube onions , bell pepper to it satute it till the edges turn light brown. than add hot garllic sacue to it cook for 1min , than add deep fried dice paneer cheese to the sauce check the seasoning . served it with a tomato sauce amp; hot and soure sauce.
