CORN VADA SAGO SWEET

Ingredients used in CORN VADA SAGO SWEET
• Corn(regular and hard) - 1 cup.
• Green chillies - 3-4 numbers.
• Cumin seeds - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Onions - 1 number.
• Oil - to fry.
• Sago(soaked for 30 mins) - 1/2 cup.
• Cardamom powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Jaggery - 1/4 cup.
• Milk - 300 ml.
• Curry leaves - 1 spring.
Method:
  • In a mixie jar and add corn, green chillies, cumin seeds, salt, curry leaves and blend into a coarse paste.
  • Transfer into a bowl and add onions, mix nicely.
  • Take small dumpling and make round flat wada using hand and deep fry in oil until golden brown in colour.
  • Transfer paper towel later into serving plate.
  • For sago sweet: In a pan and add sago and cook it.
  • To it add cardamom powder, jaggery, milk and mix nicely.
  • Transfer into serving bowl and place it vada plate, break vada into pieces and dip in sago sweet.

Now corn wada and sago sweet is ready to serve.
