Ingredients used in Corn Laddu
• Regular dry corn - 1 cup.
• Salt - pinch.
• Sesame seeds (roasted) - 1 tea spoon.
• Jaggery - 1/2 cup.
• Water - 1/4 cup.
Method:

  • Make a thin liquid consistency juice by using jaggery and water.
  • Dry roast regular dry corn and grind to a slightly coarse powder by adding a pinch of salt. Later, transfer to a plate.
  • To it, add roasted sesame seeds, mix nicely to make round laddus by using little by little jaggery water with hands.

Now corn laddu is ready to serve.

Corn have large quantities of fiber existing which assists cholesterol-reducing amounts and minimizes the chance of colon cancer. Corn, when taken in reasonable amounts is effective for all those affected by diabetes and lots of other health benefits.
