Ingredients used in Corn Bhel.
• Salt - to taste to taste.
• Lemons juice from fresh lemons.(two small lemons) - 20-30 ml.
• Oil - two teaspoons.
• Redchilli powder - to taste to taste.
• Turmeric powder - A pinch pinch.
• One large tomato dices - one cup.
• Hing or asifotida - pinch pinch.
• Chopped cilantro - half cup. leaf.
• Green chillie - Three-four slice.
• Mustard seeds, - quarter teaspoons.
• Red onions chopped - one cup.
• Corn(either from cans or from cobsor frozencorn - two cans or one pound lbs.
Method:

Thaw the frozen corn or wash the canned cornor scrape the corn from fresh corn cobs.If it is fresh corn,then boil it for five minutes in the pressure cooker. Take a kadhai add oil, mustard seeds, let them splutter and then add hing. Then add chopped onions,sprinkle some salt,let them sweat. Add slitted green chillies. Then add corn,turmericpowder,redchilli powder stir and let the whole mixture remain on heat for five minutes on sim. Then add diced tomatoes(small pieces),stir andlet it remain on heat for another two minutes. switch the flame off and then add the lemonjuiceand chopped cilantro. serve hot.
