Ingredients used in coriander pachadi
• Coriander powder - 1 tablespoons.
• Tamarind - 1 small.
• Turmeric - pinch.
• Salt - to taste.
• Garlic - 2 clove.
• Sesame seeds - 2 tablespoons.
• Urad dal - 1 tablespoons.
• Chana dal - 1 tablespoons.
• Coriander - 1 bunch.
• Oil - 2 tablespoons.
• Green chilis - 4 numbers.
Method:
first put oil in the pan.After heat oil add chana dal and urad dal then add sesame seeds.After all seeds become golden color add garlic.Then add chopped green chilis.Then add chopped coriander .Then it becomes little softer add salt and turmeric and mix it well.Then add tamarind and coriander powder. Then switch off the flame let it cool down for a while. After it becomes cool grind them then serve with ghee and rice.
