|Ingredients used in Cool Mango Raita
|• Black mustard grain - 10 numbers.
|• Kari patta - 7-8 numbers.
|• Salt - 1 teaspoons.
|• Sugar - 2 teaspoons.
|• Mango(chilled) - 2 numbers.
|• Curd without water(chilled) - 200 grams.
|• White oil - 1 teaspoons.
Store the mangoes and curd in freeze for sometime. Take two mangoes from freeze and cut them in a cubical shapes and take it separately. keep the curd in hanged condition to drain the water from the curd for 30 minute in freeze. In a bowl take the curd and mix the sugar and salt by soft hand. Then add the cubical mango pieces into the curd and mix them very gently.Take a pan and put on the oven and add white oil and heat.when the oil will get little hot add the kari pattas and black mustard grains to the oil. the smell of kari pattas and black mustard grains will start to come out then turn off the oven and add the mixture of oil and kari pattas and black mustard grains pour into the curd mixture. Then mix them all very gently. Serve in a bowl testy mango raita to your family.
