Ingredients used in coconut souffle
• Condensed milk - 350 ml.
• Milk - 1750 ml.
• Coconut milk (1can) / thick milk from 1 coconut - 350 ml.
• Sugar - 50 grams.
• Gelatin - 50 grams.
Method:
1.In a big vessel mix milk and condensed milk. 2.heat the mixture until it boils and thickens.stir constantly. 3.allow the thickened mixture to cool a little and then add the coconut milk to it.heat gently for sometime. (around 7 mins) 4.add sugar if necessary. 5.dissolve about 50 grams of gelatin in hot water and add to the mixture slowly, stirring constantly. 6.pour the mixture into a desired bowl/ tray and allow it to cool. 7.refrigerate it.allow it to set. 8.cut into the desired shape. 9.serve cold.
