Ingredients used in Cholay Chaat
• Chick peas - 500 grams.
• Imli chutney - 3 tablespoons.
• Chaat masala - 2 teaspoons.
• Green chili - 1 number.
• Coriander/cilantro leaves - 2 teaspoons.
• Potato - 1 number.
• Onion (small) - 1 number.
• Tomato - 1 number.
• Salt - to taste.
• Sev - 1 tablespoon.
Method:
  • Boil the potato, peel and cube it.
  • Wash and drainthe Chick Peas.
  • Dice the onion, tomato, green chilies and coriander/cilantro leaves.
  • In a large bowl, add everything and mix throughly.

Serve in small bowls and garnish with sev on the top of it.
