Ingredients used in chilli paneer
• Spring onions (chopped ) - 2 large.
• Capsicum (chopped ) - 1 large.
• Soya sauce - 2 tablespoons.
• Chilli sauce - 1 tablespoons.
• Tomato sauce - 2 tablespoons.
• Green chilies (chopped ) - 10 piece.
• Corn flour - 4 tablespoons.
• Paneer - 500 grams.
• Salt - to taste.
• Oil - to fry.
• Coriander leaves (chopped) - 1 tablespoons.
Method:
  • Cut paneer into small square shaped pieces.
  • Prepare a thick batter by using corn flour and salt to it.
  • Heat oil in a pan, dip paneer in that batter and fry in the oil till light brown. Keep the paneer aside.
  • Heat oil in another pan, add chopped onions, green chilies, and capsicum to it. Fry till it turns to light brown.
  • Then add tomato sauce, chili sauce and soya sauce to it. Remove the fried items from heat and add it to the paneer kept aside. Mix all the ingredients well.
  • At last, add coriander leaves on the top of it and serve hot.
