Ingredients used in CHICKEN PEPPER MANCHURIAN
• Pepper powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Green chilly - 3 numbers.
• Turmeric powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Coriander powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1 tea spoon.
• Onion - 3 big.
• Chicken - 500 grams.
• Salt - to taste.
• Oil - as required.
• Potato - 2 numbers.
Method:
  • Pour oil in a pan put sliced onion,fry for a minute add green chilly,and ginger garlic paste,mix it for a minute.
  • Then add turmeric powder,corriander powder,pepper powder, mix it for a minute.
  • Then add chicken pieces-cook it tiull 3/4 boiled. boil some oil in another pan,take chicken pieces from gravy and put in oil and deep fry.
  • Then put back into gravy. take potatos and boil for 1 wistle in cooker,then remove outer covering of potato,fry in oil. garnish it over chicken.
