Ingredients used in chicmagalur style biriyani
• Red chilly - half teaspoons.
• Green chilly - 3 numbers.
• Salt - 2,3 to taste.
• Pudina - 1 bunch.
• Coriender - 1 bunch.
• Methi leaf - 1 bunch.
• Lime - 2 tablespoons.
• Oil - 100 ml.
• Garlicpaste - 2 tablespoons.
• Ginger paste - 1 tablespoons.
• Tomato - 4 slice.
• Onion - medium size4 slice.
• Chicken - 1kg cup.
• Jeera rice - 1kg cup.
• Turmeric - half teaspoons.
• Pepper - half teaspoons.
• Garam masala - 1 teaspoons.
Method:

1st step: on gas.place cooker.add oil .heat it. add garam masala. 2nd step:add onion . fry it till it turns brown.add tomato . add green chilly. 3rd step:add ginger ,garlic paste, pepper , red chilly powder ,salt ,methi leaf,coriender leaf ,pudina leaf,biriyani colour. mix it. 4rth step:add water .(2cup rice means3 cup water). 5th step:when water boils add rice. 6th step:atfter 2 visel take out. keep it for 20 minutes . your biriyani is ready to serve
