Ingredients used in Chicken Masala Fry
• Green clillies - 4 numbers.
• White onions - 1-2 large.
• Garlic - 1 clove.
• Ginger - 1 piece.
• Yogurt - 3 tablespoons.
• Ginger and garlic paste - 1 tablespoons.
• Cumin powder - 2 tablespoons.
• Chicken masala powder - 2-3 tablespoons.
• Salt - to taste.
• Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Coriander powder - 1 tablespoons.
• Chilly powder - 1 tablespoons.
• Chicken boneless - 500 grams.
• Oil - to fry.
• Cooking colour - 1/3 teaspoons.
• Coriander leaves - 1/3 bunch.
Method:

Chicken recipe Marinate : Place chicken breast in a bowl and add chilly powder, Turmeric, salt, ginger garlic paste, chicken Masala, cumin powder, coriander powder and mix it well. Then add Yogurt and leave it in the fridge for 1hour for Marinating After 1hr take the chicken out of the fridge and add cooking red/ orange color (optional) Cooking: In a pan add oil(around 2-3tps) and when it is warm drop in the marinated chicken and leave the gas slim and allow it to cook. Once the chicken is cooked take it out of the gas and leave it aside. Fry: In the other pan add (around 3-4tps) and when it is warm add cumin seeds once the starts sizzling add chopped onions, salt, chopped ginger and garlic. Allow it to fry, but dont allow it to burn / brown, add green chilies. Then add the cooked chicken into it. and mix it well to warm for 4-5min. Finish it off with coriander leaves garnishing.
