Ingredients used in cheese green pea cury
• Turmeric powder - half teaspoons.
• Hing - quarter teaspoons.
• Cumin seeds - 1 teaspoons.
• Oilghee - 1 tablespoons.
• Ginger,garlic paste - 2 teaspoons.
• Chilli paste - 2 teaspoons.
• Tomato - 3 small.
• Onion - 1 large.
• Cheese - 150 grams.
• Boiled green peas - 200 grams.
• Red chilli powder - to taste.
• Salt - to taste.
• Coriander powder - 4 teaspoons.
• Chopped coriander - .
boil onion amp; tomato separately and make puree. heat oil ghee in vessle,add cumin seeds, hing amp;turmeric powder. add onion pureeamp;green chilli paste,let it cook till oil separated. now add ginger,garlic paste,mix well. add tomato puree,cook till oil separated. add all dry masalas. add some water. add green pea, mix well. after 10 min. add grated chesse. cover vessel for 10min. on low flame. now mix melt cheese in curry garnish wite chopped coriander.
