Cheese Chicken Kebab with Pesto

Ingredients used in Cheese Chicken Kebab with Pesto
• Hung curd - 1/2 cup.
• Green chillies (chopped) - 3 numbers.
• White pepper powder - 2 teaspoons.
• Salt - to taste.
• Chicken (boneless) - 500 grams.
• Cheese - 1/2 cup.
• Corn starch - 1 tablespoon.
• Papaya paste - 1 tea spoon.
• Pesto sauce - 2 tablespoons.
Method:
  • In a bowl add boneless chicken cut it into small pieces and add papaya paste for tenderizing (optional), salt, pepper powder, green chilies, mix this and put it in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
  • In another bowl add hung curd, processed cheese, pepper powder, cornstarch, mix it and make a paste.
  • In this add chicken pieces mix it well string the chicken pieces onto skewers.
  • Put it into the oven for 15 minutes till the kebabs are golden on all sides.
  • The chicken will be done, apply the pesto sauce, put it into the oven for 2 to 4 minutes and serve it.
