Ingredients used in CHAPATI CHANA SWEET
• Chana dal(soaked) - 1 cup.
• Chapatti pieces(raw) - 1 cup.
• Milk - 500 ml.
• Jaggery - 1 cup.
• Ghee - 1 tea spoon.
• Cloves - 3 numbers.
• Cardamom - 3 numbers.
• Cinnamon - 2 numbers.
• Dry fruits - 1/2 cup.
• Cardamom powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
Method:
  • Make chapatti with the chapatti dough and cut into small sizes and shapes then dry it for 4 hours on a paper.
  • Take soaked chana dal in a container and boil for 5minutes on a slow flame with lid on it.
  • After 4 minutesremove the lid and check it.
  • When its 60% cooked add chapatti pieces and mix once.
  • Cook this for another 2-3 minutes.
  • Now add milk and let it boil.
  • For tempering take ghee in hot pan and add cloves, cardamom, cinnamon, dry fruits and sauté it.
  • Transfer this in the sweet and mix once.
  • Now add cardamom powder and jaggery to it.
  • After 2-3 minutes of boiling switch off the flame.
