Ingredients used in CELERY EGG PIE
• Olive oil - 2 tablespoons.
• Garlic(finely chopped) - half tea spoon.
• Onion(chopped) - 1/4 cup.
• Carrots(finely chopped) - 1/4 cup.
• Celery(chopped) - half cup.
• White pepper powder - half tea spoon.
• Spinach - 1 tablespoons.
• Butter - 1 tea spoon.
• Eggs - 2 no.
• Processed cheese(grated) - 1 teaspoons.
• Pilo sheets - 5 no.
Method:
  • Heat olive oil in a pan, add garlic, onion, carrots, celery, white pepper powder and saute it.
  • Add boiled and chopped spinach and saute it, check for seasoning and switch off flame.
  • Apply butter to pie mould and spread pilo sheet as a base and press slightly.
  • Apply butter repeat it for another 2 more pilo sheet. and apply butter on its top.
  • Take a bowl, add eggs, celery mixture and beat it.
  • Add processed cheese and mix nicely, pour into mould and bake it at 180 degree for 20 mins until nice crust is formed.
  • Remove from mould and cut into pieces.

Now Celery Egg Pie is ready to serve.
