Ingredients used in celery egg poriyal
• Oil - 2 tsp to fry.
• Salt - required to taste.
• Mustard seeds - 1 tsp teaspoons.
• Garlic - 2 numbers.
• Red chillies - 2 numbers.
• Onion - 1 numbers.
• Egg - 1 numbers.
• Celery - 5-6 stricks.
• Corainder leaves - garnishing to taste.
• Curry leaves - .
Method:
5-6 stalk of celery cut into pieces wash and keep aside 1 Egg 1 onion finally chopped 2 red chilles or green chillies(I used red chillies) 2 no Garlic finally chopped Little mustard, salt, curry leaves 2 tsp of Oil Corainder leaves for garnishing.
