Ingredients used in Carrot pickle
• Red chilli powder - 0 to taste.
• Salt - 0 to taste.
• Lemon juice - 0 to taste.
• Curry leaves - few numbers.
• Urad dal (split) - 1 tablespoons.
• Oil - 0 to taste.
• Carrots - 4 big.
• Mustard - 1 tablespoons.
Method:

Peel the carrots and grate it. In a hot pan add little oil, mustard, when mustard splutters add urad dal and curry leaves. Add this tampering to grated carrots. to this add few drops of lemon juice according to taste. add some salt and chilli powder.Let the pickle to get its flavour for 30 min. It tastes gud with rice
