Ingredients used in capsicum wounds
• Chat masala - 1 tablespoons.
• Food colour(optional) - small pinch.
• Red chilli powder - 1 teaspoons.
• Salt - to taste.
• Green chillies - 4 big.
• Cumin seeds - .
• Curry leaves - .
• Carrots - 4 small.
• Cauliflower - 1 small.
• Potatoes - 4 large.
• Capsicum - 4 large.
• Garam masala - 1 teaspoons.
• Ginger-garlic paste - 1 tablespoons.
• Besan - for dipping .
Method:

1.boil all the vegetables except capsicum with some salt. 2.while the vegetables are getting boiled,in a jar put 4 green chilies with some ginger-garlic paste and grind them till they are very smooth. 3.let the vegetables be boiled in a pressure cooker for 3 whistles (they have to be thoroughly boiled). 4.take the vegetables into a bowl,mash them to a very very fine paste with the masher. 5.to that mashed mixture,add salt,chat masala,garam masala,little chilli powder(if you want spicy cutlets),food colour(optional),coriander leaves. 6.while the mixture is ready,on the stove and put a tadka pan 7.put 3 spoons of oil and put the tadka...add curry leaves cumin seeds and let them fry for few minutes. 8.put the tadka into the mixture 9.now add the green chili paste to the vegetable mixture.. 10.check the seasoning. 11.cut the capsicum into desired shape..not very much thick but thin round shapes so that the mixture is stuffed into those round shapes. 12.after stuffing the vegetable mixture,sprinkle some besan or dip in the besan and shallow fry them with butter or oil till they obtain golden brown colour. 13. if you wish to deep fry them use bread crumbs instead of besan. 14.ready to serve.
