CAPSICUM CHICKEN WITH CHINESE SAUCE

Ingredients used in CAPSICUM CHICKEN WITH CHINESE SAUCE
• Tomato ketchup - 3-4 tablespoons.
• Soya sauce - 2 teaspoons.
• Turmeric powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Garlic - 1-2 clove.
• Chicken - 15-20 piece.
• Capsicum - 1 big.
• Red chilli sauce - 1 tea spoon.
Method:

Heat some oil in a pan and add some garlic pieces.

When the raw smell goes off, add capsicum and chicken pieces to it.

Put very little turmeric and let it cook till chicken oozes out it own water.

Then add Soya Sauce, red chilli sauce and tomato ketchup and again let it cook for few more minutes. And your capsicum chicken is ready.
