Ingredients used in Cabbage Pachadi
• Mustard seeds - 1 teaspoons.
• Cumin seeds - 1 teaspoons.
• Oil - 5-6 teaspoons.
• Turmeric - 1/4 teaspoons.
• Mustard powder - 1 teaspoons.
• Salt - 21/2 teaspoons.
• Chilli powder - 5 teaspoons.
• Garlic - 10 piece.
• Tamarind - 50 grams.
• Cabbage(chopped) - 250 grams.
• Curry leaves - 5 numbers.
• Dried red chilli - 2 numbers.
• Hing - 1 pinch.
Method:

1.Soak tamarind in small amount of hot water for about 1hr. 2.Grind tamarind water and add garlic,chilli powder,salt,mustard powder,jeera in it and grind once agian. 3.Mix this paste to chopped Cabbage. 4.Take a pan add oil in it then add cumin seeds,mustard seeds,red chilli, curry leaves,turmeric and hing.Add this after 15min to Cabbage mixture.Ready to eat
