BUTTERMILK ONION RINGS

Ingredients used in BUTTERMILK ONION RINGS
• Buttermilk (thickened ) - 1 cup.
• Onion(round slices) - 1/2 cup.
• All purpose flour - 1/2 cup.
• Red chili flakes - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Pizza seasoning - 2 pinch.
• Oil - as required.
Method:
  • Take a bowl, add buttermilk, onion round slices and marinate for overnight.
  • In a plate, add all-purpose flour, salt to taste, red chili flakes, pizza seasoning and mix it.
  • Now, coat onion slices with all the above-prepared mixture and keep aside.
  • Heat oil in a pan, deep fry the onion rings and transfer to a plate.

Now Buttermilk onion rings are ready to serve.
