Ingredients used in Broccoli perugu
• Home made whole milk yogurt - 2 pints pint.
• Broccoli - 2lbs pound.
• Cilantro - Small bunch springs.
• Onion - 1small small.
• Tomato - 1 big.
• Khadipatha - Few springs.
• Ginger - small piece piece.
• Urad dal & chana dal - 1 tsp small.
• Red chillies - 3 big.
• Methi / fenugreek seeds - 1/4 tsp small.
• Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp small.
• Jeers - 1/2 tsp small.

Take a frying pan and add oil. Add methi seeds let it turn black,then add mustard seeds,jeera,urad dal, Chana dal,red chillies, finely minced ginger, and curry leaves. Then add broccoli crowns and sauteacute; until nicely done. Add finely chopped tomatoes to it and add salt, turmeric . Make sure tomatoes are completely dissolved. Turn off the stove and let it cool. Take yogurt And add some salt , finely chopped green chillies and raw onions to it. Now add the broccoli in the yogurt. It tastes really yummy. Good with chapathis and rice too.
