Ingredients used in Bread Dosa
• Mustard seed - 1 teaspoons.
• Ginger paste - 1 teaspoons.
• Green chillie - 3-4 piece.
• Onion finely chopped - 1 cup.
• Yoghurt - 2 tablespoons.
• Sooji - 1/2 cup.
• Bread - 10 slice.
• Urad dal - 1 teaspoons.
• Oil - 2 tablespoons.
• Salt to taste - .
Method:
soak the bread in some water just till it soaks. soak it for two min. now grind the bread, Sooji and youghurt till you a fine dosa batter. Now take a pan and put the oil. once the oil is heated up add the mustard seed and let it spurt. once they spurt add the urad dal. once urad dal turns golden brown. now add the green chille. now add the onion. once the onion turns transparent. now let this mixture cool. once it is cooled add it to the batter and salt to taste. now heat a pan take some batter and spead it to a pancake size. after a min turn it over. The dosa is ready to eat.
