Ingredients used in bombay biscuits
• Ghee - 450-500 grams.
• Icing sugar - 500 grams.
• Flour - 500 grams.
• Baking powder - 3 tablespoons.
Method:
mix flour ,icing sugar and b.powder well and add ghee little at a time to form a soft dough. make in to small bolls (flaten a little bit ) arrange in a baking tray and bake in 180-190c for 15-20mint,till light brown in bottom it will be little sticky when you touch the biscuts after few minits it will be ok. i think this is a easy resipe than your nanakathi this biscuits can be called as Nanakatha too in sri lanka. suad
