Ingredients used in BOILED EGG SANDWICH
• Bread slices - 2 numbers.
• Spring onions(finely chopped) - 2 tablespoons.
• Capsicum - 1 number.
• Lettuce - ½ cup.
• Black pepper powder - ½ tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Mayonnaise - 1 tablespoon.
• Boiled egg - 1 number.
• Butter - 2 teaspoons.
• Tomato ketchup - 2 teaspoons.
Method:
First of all cut the edges of the bread slices and cut into half. Take spring onions, slices of capsicum, lettuce, black pepper powder, salt, Mayonnaise, and mix it well. Now add pieces of boiled egg and mix it again. Spread nice butter on the bread pieces and apply the mixture on it. Add spring onions and tomato ketchup for garnishing.
