Ingredients used in BitterGroud fry
• Water - 2 cup.
• Tamarind - 25 grams.
• Bitter gourds - 3 numbers.
• Oil - 3 cup.
• Onions - 1 small.
Method:
1.take 3 bitter gourds and peel it off. don#39;t cut to pieces jst peel of the skin 2.take 1 bowl and pour 2 cups of water add 25gms of tamarind,2spoons of salt and add 3 bitter gourds into water and make it to boil up to 20min. the bitter gourd should change the color and it should be some soft. 3.drain the bitter gourds and do straight cut only 1side with knife and cut into pieces. make some medium size pieces only. 4.take the kadai and pour 3cups of oil. 5.make the bitter gourds to deep fry upto 20mins and keep it aside. 6.take some red chilli powder,salt,cocounut slices. blend it to mixi then take small pieces of onions also jst make half round of mixi. the onions should not crush completely. 7.take another pan pour 2spoons of ghee and take the fried bittergourds into that ghee and take the gravy which we done with MIXI. sim it to 5mins 8.serve with ur rice
