Ingredients used in bhoondhi curry
• Green chilli - 2 .
• Toor dal - .
• Mustard seeds - .
• Cumin seeds - .
• Ginger-garlic paste - 1/2 or 1/4 tablespoons.
• Tomatoes - 1/2 cup.
• Onions - 1/2 cup.
• Fresh bhoondhi - 250 grams.
• Milk(optional) - 5to 6 teaspoons.
• Curry leaves - .
• Chilli powder - .
• Salt - .
Method:
first put hot oil into ur pan and then heat it.now add cumin seeds ,then add toor dal n some mustard seeds.now add some turmeric powder n few curry leaves.now add the chopped onions.wait till they turn into transperent.now add a little ginger garlic paste n wait till the garlic smell leaves..then add chopped tomatoes.and chopped green chillis.now add some chilli powder as per ur taste.now add salt to it and stir a bit.after 5mins add fresh bhoondhi n mix it well.at first it will be a bit dry.if u want to have it a bit wet,turn off the stove n then add a little milk to it n stir.now enjoy the bhoondhi curry
