Ingredients used in Bhindi Do Pyaza
• Oil - as required.
• Cumin seeds - 1 tea spoon.
• Lady's finger (chopped) - 1 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Onion (chopped) - 1 number.
• Turmeric powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1 tea spoon.
• Tomato puree - 1 cup.
• Red chili powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Coriander powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Garam masala powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Curd - 1 cup.
• Water - as required.
• Coriander leaves (chopped) - 1/2 bunch.
• Kasoori methi - 1 tea spoon.
Method:
  • Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, chopped lady's finger, salt, chopped onions, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, cook well, sprinkle kasoori methi and mix well.
  • Now add tomato puree, red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, curd, water and cook for about 5 to 10 minutes.
  • Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve it hot with rice or roti of your choice.
