Ingredients used in Best Grilled Pork Chops
• Pork loin chops - 6 numbers.
• Garlic paste - 2 cloves.
• Vegetable oil - 1/4 cup.
• Soy sauce - 1/3 cup.
• Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons.
• Black pepper powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Water - as required.
Method:
  • In a deep bowl mix all marinade ingredients.
  • Marinate pork chops at least 2 hours.
  • Remove from marinade and cook over medium heat on greased grill about 15 minutes or until done.

Serve hot.
