Ingredients used in Besan Toast
• Cliantro chooped - 5 .
• Chopped half tamato - 1/2 numbers.
• Chopped onions - 1 numbers.
• Butter - 2 tablespoons.
• Turmeric powder - 1/4 teaspoons.
• Red chilli powder - half teaspoons.
• Green chilley chopped - 2 numbers.
• Gralic paste - 1 teaspoons.
• Besan - 1 cup.
• Bread - 5 piece.
• Water - 1/2 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
Method:
Take a bowl add 1 cup besan (Gram flour) to it. Then add garlic paste chopped green chillies, turmeric powder , red chilly powder, chopped onions, chopped tomatoes, chopped cilantro, and salt to taste.Add water and mix it well. the batter is little thinner than the cake consistency batter. Take a pan (flat) and heat it on medium flame ,add butter and place a piece of bread on it. Pour 1 spoon of besan mixture on it and add little butter on top. Once the bread is crispy slow down the flame and turn the bread so that the besan mixture cooks properly. Cook till its bit golden Brown and serve it Hot. Best if there are surprise guest at home. Cut it into piece and serve it with ketchup or chutney
