Ingredients used in beetroot pulav
• Oil - .
• Onion - 1 cup.
• Whole masalas - .
• Chilli - 4 big.
• Cashew nut - 6-7 numbers.
• Basmathi rice - 1 cup.
• Beetroot - 1 big.
• Ghee - .
• Salt - .
• Mint leaves - .
Method:
chop onions,beetroots and chilli.in a tava add 3 teaspoon oiland 1 teaspoon ghee,add the whole masala,cashewandroast them.add onion,salt and roast it .not brown.add the beetroot and roast well .now add the washed rice and cook it till the rice is cooked.
