Ingredients used in Beetroot Payasam
• Rice - 1 cup.
• Water - as required.
• Ghee - as required.
• Cashewnuts - 7 number.
• Almonds (chopped) - 1 tablespoon.
• Jaggery (grated) - 1 cup.
• Beetroot juice - 1 cup.
• Condensed milk - 1 cup.
Method:
  • Boil water in a pan then add rice and cook it.
  • Now heat ghee in a pan, roast cashew nuts, chopped almonds.
  • Then put grated jaggery and beetroot juice, and let it cook for some time.
  • When the mixture becomes slightly thick, add boiled rice and cook it again for 2 more minutes.
  • At last, pour some condensed milk and mix well

DeliciousBeetroot Payasam is now ready to serve either chill or hot.
