GINNU BOORELU

Ingredients used in GINNU BOORELU
• Ghee - 1 tea spoon.
• Semolina - 1.5 tablespoons.
• Curdle milk - 1 cup.
• Cardamom powder - 1 pinch.
• Sugar - 3/4 cup.
• All purpose flour - 1 cup.
• Wheat flour - 3 tablespoons.
• Salt - 1 pinch.
• Water - as required.
• Oil - to fry.
Method:
  • Heat ghee in a pan, add semolina and roast it.
  • Add curdle milk, cardamom powder, sugar and saute it and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  • If it form a single lump switch off flame and transfer into a bowl.
  • Make small balls and keep aside.
  • Take a bowl, add all purpose flour, wheat flour, pinch of salt, water and mix nicely to make a batter.
  • Now dip balls in batter and deep fry in hot oil until golden in colour and transfer into paper towel.

Now Crispy Ginnu Boorelu are ready to serve.
