Ingredients used in Beerakaya vadiyalu
• Green chillies - 1/2 dozens.
• Ginger - 30 grams.
• Rice flour - 50 grams.
• Beerakayalu - 1 lbs.
• Oil - .
• Salt - .
Method:
1.Chop beerakaya into fine pieces 2.Make a paste with ginger,green chillies and salt 3.Add the above paste to finely chopped beerakaya and mix it well 4.According to the natural behaviour of beerakaya when combined with salt it leaves out some water,so now add rice flour to beerakaya mixture until we can make round vadai with the mixture with hand 5.now fry them in deep oil until they are golden brown n crispy 6.Now crispy ,spicy beerakaya vadoyalu are ready
