Ingredients used in Beef fajita
• Flour tortilla - 2 numbers.
• Flank steak - 750 grams.
• Sweet onion - half cup.
• Red bell pepper - half tea spoon.
• Salsa - 1.5 cups.
• Green bell pepper - half number.
• Cheese - 2 teaspoons.
• Tomato - 1 tea.
• Olive - 1 tea.
• Lettuce - 1 tablespoon.
• Sour cream - 1 tea.
• Avocado - 1 tablespoon.
• Gaucamole - 2 teaspoons.
Method:
  • Place all ingredients in a slow cooker or crockpot and stir well. Cook on low for about 8 hrs or high 4-5 hours. Remove meat shred with two forks.
  • Serve in warmed flour tortillas with grated cheese, chopped tomatoes, sliced black olives, shredded lettuce, sour cream, avocado slices or guacamole.
