Ingredients used in Batter Fried Fish
• Fish - 500 grams.
• Corn flour - 2 tablespoons.
• All-purpose flour (maida) - 1 cup.
• Egg - 1 number.
• Black pepper powder/2 - half tea spoon.
• Baking powder - half tea spoon.
• Ajinomoto - half tea spoon.
• Cooking oil - to fry.
• Salt - to taste.
Method:
  • Marinate the fish pieces with salt, black peppers, and ajinomoto.Set it aside for minimum 1-2 hours.
  • Mix all of the ingredients for the batter and make into a smooth paste. (A little water can also be added if needed.)
  • Heat oil in a deep pan. Once oil get hot, dip the marinated fish pieces one by one into the batter and deep fry until golden brown.
  • take out on a paper towel, so excess oil get absorb.

Serve hot.
