Ingredients used in banana skull chutney
• Garlic - 12 clove.
• Dry chilli - 4 clove.
• Green chilli - 6 big.
• Raw banana (kacha banana) - 6 numbers.
• Salt - 1 teaspoons.
• Oil - 6 teaspoons.
• Haldi powder - 1 pinch.
Method:

--First cut the raw banana into two halves --Boil the bananas for 8 mins --peel the banana skin and keep it aside --Use grinder to to mash the banana skin , garlic and 4 green chilli --Put 6 tbs of oil into the karadi --Add kalonji and two green chili into the oil --put the garlic and banana paste into the kadai --Saute the paste for 8 min till the smell revels the secrets of the ingredients. --switch off the gas burner --pour 2 tbs of mustard oil into the paste --Serve it with rice or biryani --taste it
